This is a moderately difficult route that is 2.99 kilometres long. The starting point is the square known as Plaça de Baldomero Vega, in Benigembla. Bordering the park and the Ribàs wall, continue straight on until the washing place and the village fountain.
Cross the Xaló or Gorgos River along the path known as Camí de Les Solanes and continue until the first fork in the road, where it is necessary to take the fork to the right and then the path on the left. Care must be taken because there are two crossroads of paths on the right, but the route continues straight on. Pass the source known as Font de L’Ullet (with its complicated access) on the left. Then, further on, there is a fork where one of the paths leads to the Vernissa Park urbanisation; take the opposite path that leads through La Solana to the cave known as Cova de La Cistella. It is necessary to bear in mind that access to the cave is by way of ropes.
