List of services offered: tourist information for the municipalities of Pego, L'Atzúbia, La Vall d'Ebo, La Vall d'Alcalà and La Vall de Gallinera, as well as the province of Alicante and the Valencian Community.

The Tourist Information Office of Pego i Les Valls has obtained the Q for Quality from 2009 to 2018, certified by the Spanish Tourist Quality Institute (ICTE), which means that there is a guarantee of the quality of the products and services offered by the Tourist Information Office.

• Accesibility: 

Access to the tourist office is through a direct ramp from the sidewalk and the front door is hinged. There are no architectural barriers to moving within the facilities. There is a preferential attention area adapted for priority attention to be given to people with special needs. It has portable equipment available for users with hearing functional diversity.

Apart from the Calp Centre and Calp Penyal offices, the municipality has two tourist information points that open during the summer.

The Fossa Information Point
Address: Plaça del Mediterrani.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 2pm and from 6pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.

The Arenal Information Point
Address: Plaça de Colón.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 2pm and from 6pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.

• Opening hours:
  • The low season in Dénia is from September 1st to June 30th, when the Tourist Information Offices in the capital of La Marina Alta have their normal opening hours.
  • The Tourist Information Office in the square known as Plaça de L'Oculista Buigues: Monday to Saturday from 9:30am to 1:30pm and from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, and Sunday from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
  • The Tourist Information Office in the square known as Plaça del Consell: Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm and from 4:30pm to 7:30pm, and Saturday from 9:30am to 1:30pm.
  • The high season in Dénia covers the summer months, from July 1st to August 31st. Due to the large number of visitors, the opening hours of the various Tourist Information Offices are extended, as follows: Monday to Sunday from 9:30am to 1:45pm and from 5pm to 8pm.

The Tourist Information service is integrated within the Tourist Information Network (“Xarxa Tourist Info”, which encompasses the Tourist Information Offices of the Valencian Government).
