La Llosa de Camatxo
This is a circular route, of medium difficulty, which is 14.23 kilometres long. The trail goes into Serra del Seguili, a small coastal mountain range of La Marina Alta which separates the towns of Orba, Benidoleig, Pedreguer and Alcalalí.
From the square called Plaça Major in La Llosa de Camatxo, where the Town Hall is located, there is a possible start to the route by passing in front of the old schools. At this point, continue straight on and turn left towards the Vall del Sol residential area, and then continue through the Aldea de Les Coves housing complex to the viewpoint known as Mirador de Les Voltes. Finally, turn left so as to get to La Lloma de La Cova, a vantage point from where it is possible to observe the neighbouring towns and the entire valley.
Continuing through the Vall del Sol residential area, the idea is to go towards the town of Benidoleig, until the Town Hall. From this point onwards, and zigzagging along paths and dirt roads, continue until the information panel that marks the path called Senda de La Pineda de L’Espina, at the foot of the Espanya La Vella residential area. Go across Tossal Verd in the direction of Solana de La Llosa, until arriving again at the starting point of the route.
