This route starts by leaving Callosa through the upper part of the town, next to the nursing home. From here, go to the cemetery where, upon arrival, you have to take the road towards the River Algar, until you reach a bridge that crosses the river. First take the path on the left and then cross the bridge you find 200 metres later. Continue the route along paths that run between crops, until you reach Penya de les Cabres and, from there, go to Tàrbena. Leave the village using the CV-752 road and, a short while later, take a path on the left that takes you to the mountain pass known as Coll de Bixauca, from where the descent to Castell de Castells starts.
