The Old Railway Station (Antiga Estació de Ferrocarril), where the train that came from Carcaixent to Dénia used to stop, is currently the Municipal Police depot.

The building was constructed around the year 1880. It is a one-storey building where the station master's house was located. Later, it was temporarily used for preschool education classrooms and then as a library.

Very close by, on the street known as Carrer Ausiàs March, was where the warehouses and the area for loading and unloading goods were, later becoming the auditorium of the association called Associació Musical del Verger.
