La Casa del Mayorazgo, also known as La Casa Forta, located on the corner where the streets Carrer de Dénia and Carrer del Sol meet, is a renovated building of great historical relevance. It still preserves the Moorish-style embrasures and the architectural personality of the facade as an old fortified palace, and for these reasons it has been declared a construction of cultural interest.
It is an imposing house, with a quadrangular structure that has a solid and stately appearance. It was built by the Ferrando family during the first half of the 19th century, with neoclassical artistic elements. It has its own chapel and preserves two embrasures.
