The chapel known locally as Ermita del Cor de Jesús de Les Rotes is located at number 49 of the provincial road Barranc del Monyo. It is a simple rectangular building with whitewashed walls, a gabled roof and a semicircular presbytery that protrudes at the head.

This construction is characterised by the presence of a fairly extensive kind of prior cloister that, around a central garden area, is arranged in a series of covered arcades. The chapel is located on the other side of these gardens.

The facade rises above the roof of the cloister and, in the pediment, topped by a belfry with a bell, there is a round opening. The door is linteled with wooden sheets.

Inside the nave, it is possible to observe the sloping roof and the side access to the sacristy. The presbytery is presided over by an artistic wrought-iron cross made by the German sculptor and goldsmith Egino Weinert (1920-2012), who was a specialist in sacred art.
