During the time of Patriarch Ribera in 1535, Mira-rosa, Setla and Miraflor separated from the parish of Dénia and formed the Rectoria de Moriscos, annexing itself to the parish of El Verger.

In Mira-rosa, one can visit the church known as Església del Diví Salvador, which currently constitutes the only parish in the municipality and is the oldest one. During the time of the revered patriarch, the village had 25 Moorish houses and belonged to the lordship of Juan Uharte, and later to the Count of Parcent. It has a church dedicated to the Saviour or the Transfiguration, and the festivities are celebrated on August 6th.

At the time Miraflor was annexed to El Verger, it had 13 Moorish houses, under the lordship of Jaime Perpiñá and later the Baron of Petrés.

During the time of Patriarch Ribera, Setla had 12 Moorish houses and, like Mira-rosa, belonged to the Uhuarte family, and later to the Count of Parcent.

These three villages, Miraflor, Mira-rosa and the annex of Setla, formed Els Llocs, currently known as Els Poblets (The Little Villages). (1)
