Forna’s washing place is located along the street known as Carrer de La Plaça, attached to the building of the Nautilus restaurant. It is situated at a lower level than the square itself and so it is accessed by going down some stairs, which form a kind of alley at the back and from which other buildings can be reached.

The washing area is made up of two troughs, one wider than the other, which are not separate but rather connected and attached to the wall of the restaurant.

The roof, with only one slant, is made of tiles and is attached to the wall on the right and supported on the left by three pillars with two openings. Above, made of wood, there are two lintels and the ceiling beams. The floor is made of simple gray tiles.
