Leaving behind the crowded beach known as Patja de L’Arenal and heading south, one arrives at the cove called Cala Blanca. Continue walking for about 300 metres in order to reach a second cove where the marine route begins. It is a small cove with a rocky tip that extends as an appendix into the sea. From here, one can enter the water and discover a bright rocky seabed. Initially, the depth is very shallow, going down to only about one metre, but it will gradually increase.
Opening up towards the sea, one can see a dense meadow of oceanic seagrass (posidonia). Approach the rocky tongue from the north and return to the sandy area and the rocky platform covered with algae. (1)
