This route leads you to the spring known as Font de Centella, which is one of the most emblematic springs in Orba, located in Solana d'Orba.
The route starts in the square called Plaça d'Espanya. After going down Carrer del Pintor Ruano, cross the road that links Orba and Tormos and continue walking amongst terraced fields full of orange trees until you see the cypresses of the cemetery of Orba. Continue along this path that runs between groves of orange and almond trees until you reach the riverbed of the River Girona, which is normally dry, and then go below the first bridge that you see. Advance along the river until you turn to the left, taking a paved track that leads you to a path. Following the signs you see, cross a ravine several times until you reach a dirt track surrounded by carob, almond and olive trees, passing across a plain where there is some rubble.
During this section of the path is where the deviation to the Font Centella spring lies. At the highest point of the ascent you can appreciate views of the Montgó Natural Park, the Fontilles wall, La Vall de Laguar, Cavall Verd, the Segària mountain range and lots of fields with crops.
From here, begin the descent to Font Centella, which is located next to a small abandoned farmhouse.
On the way back, go past a bull farm and you soon get to an extraction well, from where you can see the dam known as Presa d'Isbert.
Take the path that keeps the River Girona on your right, and go through an old unlit tunnel that was made when building the dam, where you can find the ruins of what used to be a powder house. Follow the markers until you get to the River Girona again.
This route finishes when, after once again walking amongst orange groves, you reach the village centre and pass by Font de Baix with its washing place.
