This route is 5 km long in one direction, and twice as long if you want to go back to the start.

The walk begins from Platja del Portet, in Moraira, which is a beautiful shell-shaped beach with bathrooms, lifeguards and crystal-clear blue waters that leave no one unmoved.

Leave the beach to the right where you can see a ramp and, after following that path, you get to the Portitxol overlook. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Ifac rock and of the sailing club. You can also go down to see the Portitxolet cove, which has a micro-reserve that is part of the group of micro-reserves that exist on the coast between Moraira and Calp.

From this viewpoint, continue walking along some stairs that lead you to the historic centre and, from there, go to the Castell esplanade. Here, too, there are beautiful views of the Mediterranean coast. You can also see the Castle of Moraira from close-up, which is a symbol of the village, built during the 18th century with a defensive purpose.

You can see the beach known as Platja de l'Ampolla and the marshy area called Marjal del Senillar. Advance towards the beach and go until the end. At this point, you are at the Tosqueres viewpoint, from where you can enjoy some beautiful views of the beach and the castle that you passed by.

Continue along the same path until you reach the beach called Platja de les Platgetes which is made up of two coves, one with sand and the other with rocks. This is a good place to do water sports such as kayaking or snorkelling.

Follow the route along the promenade known as Passeig del Mirador de l'Andragó, which has some incredible views of the Mediterranean. The last viewpoint that you then visit has the same name as the path that leads to it. From here you can observe the cove which is called Cala de l'Andragó, with its crystal-clear waters, and you can enjoy beautiful views of Moraira and the Cap d'Or tower.
