Cala de La Calalga is located at the end of the beach called Platja de Llevant. It is one of the main sandy beaches in Calp, and there is a relatively quieter atmosphere compared to the larger beach.
This cove is approximately 100 metres long and consists of stretches of both sand and rocks, with accumulations of seagrass (posidonia) vegetation. In the calm waters, it is possible to enjoy a relaxed swim with the family.
The beach's occupancy level is moderate, and access is via a steep ramp from the promenade of Llevant Beach. (1)
