The agricultural cooperative known as “El Progrés” was created in 1915. It has an oil mill that until 1995 produced oil and wine, today converted into an ethnological museum. Currently, the local olive production is sent to the Comtat region in order to produce the Serra de Mariola oil. In addition, it is necessary to highlight its bar, an emblematic social venue also used for theatre, talks or meetings. (1)
