This small sandy beach is framed by rocky cliffs that protect and enhance its beauty, with vegetation extending almost up to the shoreline itself. It features crystal-clear waters with seagrass (posidonia) meadows, which ensure the proliferation of various types of marine fauna. The beach offers amenities such as a bar, restrooms, playground, picnic area, lifeguard services, water activities and accessibility for people with mobility impairments.

Close by is the cave known as Cova de La Fustera, that reaches a height of 10 metres, providing magnificent views of Benissa’s coastline and El Penyal d’Ifach. In this area, much like in Les Bassetes, there is a microreserve of vegetation where species like thyme and cat's head helianthemum (small spherical shrubs with flower buds resembling a cat's head) stand out.

The beach has been awarded several environmental distinctions, such as the Blue Flag, the Ecoplayas award, and it has implemented an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.

Just a few metres away is Casa dels Cents Vents, a centre that houses the Tourist Information Office of Benissa Platja, an extension of the police station, an extension of the health centre, as well as L’Aula del Mar, where environmental awareness activities related to the sea take place.
