This route starts in Pego, next to the Franciscan convent. At the end of the road, take Camí Vell d’Ebo until another road where the intersection to the Castle of Ambra is located. An optional addition at this point is to climb up to the castle so as to enjoy the views and see the fortress from close up, returning afterwards to the main trail by backtracking along the same route.

After a few metres, get off the road and gradually climb up the path which used to be the main communication route between Pego and Ebo. Climb along the slope of the mountain known as Muntanya del Bodoix, leaving the valley of Pego and the Castle of Ambra further and further below. After a few minutes of walking, the trail passes by Corral de Rata and gets to the Pego-Ebo road. Walk along the road for about 500 metres, take a shortcut that comes out onto the same road and then take the path along which, later on, there is an intersection that comes from the main path. Following the directions towards the mountain shelter of La Figuereta, the trail arrives at Corral de La Carrasca and the path of the ravine known as Barranc de L'Infern, which should be walked along until the eighth kilometre of the Pego-Ebo road. After about 300 metres in the direction of Ebo, keep walking along the forest track that leads to the mountain shelter of La Figuereta. From there, take the path that goes down to Pego passing by El Xical. The route ends at the entrance of the road where it started.
